Geert Wilders is the Winston Churchill of our time, he is the Dutch Parliment member that made a film called “Fitna” which shines light on radical Islamists conducting terror around the world.

Geert gave a great speech at the Free Speech Summit in Florida this weekend.  He doesn’t mince words, it’s hard-hitting.  He describes how we need to worry about Islamofacists (not US Veterans).  He gives credit to the US Military for saving the world.  This speech should be viewed by all Americans, see it HERE

Also in attendance was retired Army officer, and Afghanistan combat veteran and hero, Allen West, running for congress in Florida.

Dear IRS,
I’m sorry to inform you that I’m not going to be able to pay the taxes owed on April 15th, but all is not lost because I did pay all of these taxes:  accounts receivable tax, building permit tax, CDL tax, corporate income tax, dog license tax, federal income tax, unemployment tax, gas tax, hunting license tax, fishing license tax, waterfowl stamp tax, inheritance tax, inventory tax, liquor tax, luxury tax, Medicare tax, city tax, school and county property tax up to 33% the last four years. Real estate tax, Social Security tax, road use tax, toll road tax, state and city sales tax, recreational vehicle tax, sales franchise tax, state unemployment tax, federal excise tax, telephone tax, telephone federal state and local surcharge tax, telephone minimum usage surcharge tax, telephone state and local tax, utility tax, vehicle tax, registration tax, capital gains tax, lease severance tax, oil and gas assessment tax, Colorado property tax, Texas, Colorado, Wyoming, Oklahoma, Mexico sales tax and many more I can’t recall and I’ve run out of space and money.

When you do not receive my check April 15th, just know that it was an honest mistake. Please treat me the same as the way you’ve treated Congressman Charlie Rangel, Chris Dodd, Barney Frank, ex-congressman Tom Daschle and, of course, your boss, Timothy Geithner. No penalties, no interest. PS, I’ll make at least a partial payment as soon as I get my stimulus check.

Ed B, Wichita Falls.

A citizen from Maryland sent the following letter to the White House.

Mr. Obama:
I have had it with you and your administration, sir.  Your conduct on your recent trip overseas has convinced me that you are not an adequate representative of the United States of America collectively or of me personally.

You are so obsessed with appeasing the Europeans and the Muslim world that you have abdicated the responsibilities of the President of the United States of America.  You are responsible to the citizens of the United States.  You are not responsible to the peoples of any other country on earth.

I personally resent that you go around the world apologizing for the United States telling Europeans that we are arrogant and do not care about their status in the world.  Sir, what do you think the First World War and the Second World War were all about if not the consideration of the peoples of Europe?  Are you brain dead?  What do you think the Marshall Plan was all about?  Do you not understand or know the history of the 20th century?

Where do you get off telling a Muslim country that the United States does not consider itself a Christian country?  Have you not read the Declaration of Independence or the Constitution of the United States?  This country was founded on Judeo-Christian ethics and the principles governing this country, at least until you came along, come directly from this heritage.  Do you not understand this?

Your bowing to the king of Saudi Arabia is an affront to all Americans.  Our President does not bow down to anyone, let alone the king of Saudi Arabia.  You don’t show Great Britain, our best and one of our oldest allies, the respect they deserve yet you bow down to the king of Saudi Arabia.  How dare you, sir!  How dare you!

You can’t find the time to visit the graves of our greatest generation because you don’t want to offend the Germans but make time to visit a mosque in Turkey.  You offended our dead and every veteran when you give the Germans more respect than the people who saved the German people from themselves.  What’s the matter with you?

I am convinced that you and the members of your administration have the historical and intellectual depth of a mud puddle and should be ashamed of yourselves, all of you.

You are so self-righteously offended by the big bankers and the American automobile manufacturers yet do nothing about the real thieves in this situation, Mr. Dodd, Mr. Frank, Franklin Raines, Jamie Gorelic, the Fannie Mae bonuses, and the Freddie Mac bonuses.  What do you intend to do about them?  Anything?  I seriously doubt it.

What about the U.S. House members passing out $9.1 million in bonuses to their staff members – on top of the $2.5 million in automatic pay raises that lawmakers gave themselves?  I understand the average House aide got a 17% bonus.  I took a 5% cut in my pay to save jobs with my employer. You haven’t said anything about that.  Who authorized that?  I surely didn’t!

Executives at Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac will be receiving $210 million in bonuses over an eighteen-month period, that’s $45 million more than the AIG bonuses..  In fact, Fannie and Freddie executives have already been awarded $51 million – not a bad take.   Who authorized that and why haven’t you expressed your outrage at this group who are largely responsible for the economic mess we have right now.

I resent that you take me and my fellow citizens as brain-dead and not caring about what you idiots do.  We are watching what you are doing and we are getting increasingly fed up with all of you.  I also want you to know that I personally find just about everything you do and say to be offensive to every one of my sensibilities.  I promise you that I will work tirelessly to see that you do not get a chance to spend two terms destroying my beautiful country.

Frank from Maryland

80 degree temperatures greeted us as we showed our troops that “they are not alone”.  We love and appreciate what they do for us everyday.  All our troops, past and present, are our greatest patriots and they represent the best of America.

At the end, Nina passed our “Support the Troops” coin to Carl and we all sang the National Anthem, Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag, and said a prayer for our troops protection and success.  Thanks to everyone who came out and we’ll see you next week.

Alek grew up in Russia and escaped to freedom in the United States a few years ago.  He appreciates and loves America.  He was a surprise guest speaker at our West Chester Tea Party.  He knows the horrors of socialsim. This is his story:

I had a “hands-on” experience with the real socialism and my personal knowledge is based on whatever happened with me or my relatives during three generations.
In few words:
1. Socialism lost an economic competition with Capitalism due to lack of a stimulus package which is a reward for good work, bright ideas, dedicated service or successful entrepreneurship. Example for the Second Amendment supporters – Eugene Stoner, M16 designer became a rich and famous person and he invited and paid for Mikhail Kalashnikov, a famous designer of AK-47, visit to US, because Kalashnikov was a poor man, living in 2 room apartment in Moscow. His reward was a honor and Golden Star, but no money for his personal needs. Sorry – socialism means no money, words only!
2. Socialism means all the people have the same rights – yes, but only the members of the ruling party had access to better food, medicine and recreation facilities. And all these services officially were free or cheap, but you had to come to the hospital with your antibiotics or to bribe/pay the doctor to get them.
3. Socialism means a free education – I had stipendium, but after getting diploma everybody had to work for the government owned companies for few years. And engineers salaries were the same that of workers (but lower than in Detroit ).
4. Positions starting with the department manager and up needed a Communist party membership – no outsiders excepted.
5. All media worked under a strict control of the party and KGB – 100% censorship. The reason why USSR had good mainframe computers and no personal was KGB fear that people may use their personal computers to communicate without Big Brother control. When I was working on my Ph.D. my scientific consultant was arrested and jailed for 8.5years after telling the students that the country should be ruled by the specialists in economics, social sciences etc, but not the politicians without education.
6. Socialism had a freedom to work for the government or to serve the government or to die for the government. I anybody wanted any other kinds of freedom – welcome to Siberia or local prisons, labor camps or at least to the “black list”. It means you can not get job you would like or apartment you were waiting for.
7. Low wages means government is an almighty boss, and you are a slave – this is why Americans paying their earned money to the government are giving up their freedoms. Freedom of choosing the lifestyle including their medicine, housing, education, child/parent relations, religion – name it!
8. Money in the hands of the people means freedom! More money for the government – more chances that some bureaucrats will stick their noses in your family life and take out your values. They will kick out Second Amendment, then First Amendment. Examples – Bolsheviks (Communists) in 1917 promised to stop WWI, give the lands to the farmers, all plant to the workers, to nationalize banks and to replace Tsarist Army with Militia (word taken from the US history), to separate state from religion, to make everybody equal and happy. Results – money based system was destroyed, communist government nationalized everything – lands, plants, banks, media. To get food to the cities and to distribute through the Food Stamps (Bread Card) like system for only communist supporters (the rest should die) a new Red Army and Community Organizations of Poor People (KOMBED) rushed to take almost all food from the farmers, and all the guns were banned from non-bolsheviks to prevent any kind of resistance.
This was beginning of the Russian Civil War which devastated the country and took lives of >15 millions. After a Civil war a system of the labor camps became a part of society and a menace for anyone to open their mouth. Few years later farmers were pushed into the collective farms and after the harvester was picked all the wheat was taken to the centralized storages. In 1932-1933 millions died, most of my relatives died in Ukraine – the richest soil country in Europe. 6 millions only in Ukraine! No one newspaper reported these atrocities! For the outside world it was a happy country building a happy socialism! 4 years later great perjuries started. My grandpa and grandma just arrived (1937) to the city of Vitebsk, Belorussia, my grandpa got a scientist position at the chair of general physics in a college. 10 of 12 people working for this chair were arrested and prosecuted. Every night grandpa was waiting the same – they both were ready sitting all the night with a pack of underwear (my grandma told this story). At 5am a truck with a big cabin stopped near the next house and KGB (that time NKVD) officers took out a professor and his two sons 15 and 17 years old. Officer looked in the truck and probably did not find a place for them so the “justice” was performed on spot – all three were shot in the head and bodies were left near the entrance.
I know a lot of stories and my advice is – no socialism! This is the end of freedom, this will be the end of the Great Country – United States of America!

Thank you Alek – YOU are a great American.

Below are excerpts from the Communist Party USA website.  It’s chilling how familiar it is.

(from Politics 1 website)  As for issues, the Comunist Party USA calls for free universal health care, free college education, huge tax hikes for corporations and the wealthy, drastic cuts in military spending, massive public works programs, the outlawing of “scabs and union busting,” public ownership of energy and basic industries, and various other programs designed to “beat the power of the capitalist class … and promote anti-imperialist freedom struggles around the world.”

Here’s more from the Program of the Communist Party USA website:
We, the working people of the United States, face tremendous problems today: exploitation, oppression, racism, sexism, a deteriorating environment and infrastructure, huge budget deficits, and a government dominated by the most vicious elements of big capital and its political operatives. This government, despite its rhetoric about making Americans safe, has wasted hundreds of billions on the invasion and occupation of Iraq while it cut money for maintaining the levees—leading directly to the disaster that Hurricane Katrina wreaked on the people of New Orleans and much of the Gulf Coast. Their callous disregard for African Americans, for poor people, for the elderly, and for all those unable to evacuate on their own exemplifies their inhumane disregard for the lives of all working people.
We as a country face serious choices: militarism and imperialism or peace, increased wealth for the few or justice and equality for the many, increased power in the hands of the super-rich or expansion of democracy for the vast majority, ultra-right domination of all branches of government which deals with problems by increasing exploitation and oppression or progressive electoral coalitions that seek real solutions in the interests of all working people.
The working class and all who work for a living—the vast majority of the people—face a relentless, vicious, and amoral enemy: the capitalist class.
Their foremost weapon to maintain their dominance is racism, used to divide working people and achieve extra profits. They work hard to extend ultra-right control over the government and government policy.

Quentin Cody, the 11-year old from Downingtown, was a featured speaker at the Philadelphia Tea Party II at Independence Mall.  He also spoke at our West Chester Tea Party on Apr 4th.   His speech fired up the crowd.  Below is the text.

“Thank you Mr. Adams! My name is Quentin Cody and I’m really excited to be here right where it all started…   Independence Hall.  I know the Founding Fathers like George Washington, John Adams, and Thomas Jefferson are looking down on us. They are excited to see us fighting to keep our freedoms alive, our Republic alive and our Constitution alive.

The founders and even the public knew about history and its forms of government. Our founders were also heroes who risked their fortunes and lives in order to establish a nation like no other. George Washington led our nation, not for money or power, but because he had a great passion for America and its citizens. He also had a great passion for freedom, and a strong faith in God.

Like George Washington, we have all come here for one reason: we LOVE America and want it to remain the GREATEST and most prosperous country in the world. A free, prosperous, and moral USA will once again lead to another 5000 year leap in living conditions around the world.

I really thank you for coming to this tea party because it’s my generation and future generations that will be hurt the most by this out of control government spending and nanny state socialist policies.  Policies like free prescription drugs, free welfare checks, free Health care, free housing, free food, and free education.

We have to stop this madness. We have to take our country BACK!

All those “free” things will bankrupt this country. Does anyone here think we can steal our way to prosperity?  NO!   But … a nation of free, hard-working, and prosperous individuals will make it possible to achieve the best living conditions. Only individuals can create wealth. Governments that spread wealth will eventually destroy wealth.

We have to stop this madness. We have to take our country BACK!

Our government is taxing too much, spending WAY too much, and still are borrowing or printing TRILLIONS of dollars!

We have to stop this madness. We have to take our country BACK!

The original Boston Tea Party rebelled against unfair British rule, taxation without representation and in part because of a 3% tea tax. Now some pay more than 50% in taxes. We need the FAIRTAX.  We have to take our country BACK!

Our Founding Fathers set up a constitution that was built on values and principles such as limited government, individual liberties, and personal responsibility.

We the people are responsible for getting our out-of-control government back under control. So let’s get to work on our own and together, and we will save the nation and the world. We have to take our country BACK!

I have one final request.  Please pray for our military heroes past and present who know that freedom isn’t free but it is worth fighting for.
I also want to thank someone else who was willing to die for us – Jesus Christ. THANK YOU Jesus, thank you God, and God Bless America!

1500 patriots came to Independence Mall to voice their dissent against the government’s wasteful spending, bailouts, and socialist agenda.  Outstanding speakers motivated the crowd.  Congrats to the organizers, well done!
