The Chester County Victory Movement started with a simple purpose – to support our troops. With the guidance of our leader, retired Navy veteran Rich Davis, we’ve grown into one of the largest grass roots pro-troop, conservative movements in the mid-Atlantic region.
We support conservative values and policies, strict interpretation of the Constitution, and a strong national defense. We are also firm believers that victory is always the answer and peace comes through military strength. God bless America.
